Glen erin pipe band

pipeband

The Glen Erin Pipe Band was first incorporated as the Heather Pipers in 1972. It became the MacLeod of Lewis Pipe Band in 1977 and merged with the Clan MacNeil Pipe Band in 1984 to become Glen Erin.

The band’s purpose is to foster and promote Celtic and related arts within our community. As such, we perform at community events including parades and festivals and at memorial services for police, firefighters and veterans. We also provide instruction in Highland bagpipes and Scottish drumming at no charge. For additional information about the band, click HERE.

The band will often perform with dancers from the Gibson School of Highland Dance. To learn more about the school and its classes, click HERE.

Glen Erin is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service. As a non-profit organization, donations to the Glen Erin Pipe Band Association are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by the IRS.
